PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :

1. The species name is Theunus orientalis
2. Slipper Lobster Whole Round is processed through several stages: receiving, sorting, weighing, washing, sizing & weighing, panning, freezing, metal detecting, final weighing, glazing, packing & labeling, cold storage.
3. Is a source of animal protein that is high in selenium and calcium which functions as an anti-body and bone growth. Fan shrimp also contains protein and several vitamins such as vitamin B, vitamin B12, vitamin A and vitamin C. Free from preservatives such as formalin, borax, and other harmful substances so it is safe for long-term consumption.
4. Processed by maintaining a cold chain system, so that product quality is maintained. The process water and ice used are in accordance with drinking water standards and have gone through an accredited Independent Laboratory Test.
5. The production process is carried out hygienically and according to GMP & HACCP standards and has gone through accredited Independent Laboratory Tests such as the BKIPM Lab and BPMHP Lab.
6. Packaged using frost-resistant Polyethylene plastic, so it is safe and prevents contamination of the product.
7. Has a soft texture, sweet meat taste, and a distinctive smell of shrimp.
8. The shelf life of the product is up to 18 months with freezer temperature storage (-18˚C).
