Description Product :

1. The species name of Wahoo product is Scomberomorus commerson and Indonesian name of Tenggiri

2. Raw Material from the best quality and we used is caught by longline and gill net

3.We used 2 kind of boat cold chain management boat: ice present on board and boat with frozen on board facilities.

4. Normaly Wahoo Natural Cut were caught fresh, then being frozen on board

5. The flow chart of Wahoo Natural Cut fillet skin on through receiving raw materials, sorting, filleting,deboning,sizing & weighing, freezing, packing & labeling, storing

6. Product Wahoo Natural Cut to maintained cold chain system, so as to produce best quality product

7.Water and ice used according to drinking water standards and processed through UV so that it is safe from microorganisms

8.Our production process is according to GMP, SSOP, HACCP. After production, the finish good will be tested in accredited independent laboratory.

9. Finish product must be kept at -18 degree celcius (0 degree farenheit) and it will lasted 2 years at propper cold storage.
