Ingredients:

  • Fresh fish skin
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean and rinse the fish skin thoroughly to remove any impurities or fishy odor.
  2. Cut the fish skin into small pieces, about 2 inches in size.
  3. Place the fish skin pieces in a large pot and sprinkle some salt over them. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the salt.
  4. Rinse the fish skin pieces again to remove any excess salt.
